FOR PARTIAL REIMBURSEA~iENT FOR SALARY OF PUBLIC WEIGHER OF
JUSTICE PRECINCT NO. 1
On this the 29th day of December 1977, upon motion made by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the
Court unanimously approved that the prior participation
by the City of Kerrville and the salary of the Public 67eigher
of Justice Precinct Tdo. 1 of Kerr County be discontinued,
effective January 1, 1978, with all costs of operation
of scales to be paid wholly by Kerr County.
