ORDER NO. 12923 OFFER TO FRED SAUR, JR. AND WIFE, OLGA JOSEPHINE SAUR, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341 O n this the 14th day of February, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 7 from Fred Saur, Jr. and wife, Olga Josephine Saur, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 7 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Fred Saur, Jr. and wife, Olga Josephine Saur, the suns of $1,828.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.658 acres out of W. T. Austin Survey No. 377, which parcel consists of 0.522 acres of new right of way and 0.136 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg; and it is further orderec that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $1,828.00 payable to Fred Saur, Jr. and wife, Olga Josephine Saur, which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed and partial release of lien as aforesaid.
