OFFER TO RICHARD W. HOLEKAMP AND WIFE, CELIE HOLEKAMP, ET AL
FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341
pn this the 14th day of February, 1977, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by
the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Pracel No. 13
from Richard W. Holekamp and wife, Celie Holekamp, Harry Holekamp and wife,
Wanda Holekamp, James C. Holekamp and wife, Estelle Holekamp, and Jeannette
K. Holekamp Wingfield and husband, Kenneth Wingfield for the extension of F. M.
Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit
of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of
prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel
No. 13 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commission Lich,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County offer to pay Richard W. Holekamp, Harry M. Holekamp, James C.
Holekamp, and Jeannette K. Holekamp Wingfield, the sum of $3, 267. 00 as compensatio
for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State
of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 2.587 acres out of L. Freeman Survey
No. 376, which parcel consists of 1.060 acres of new right of way and 1.527
acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon
their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed
and itis.further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $3, 267. 00
payable to Richard W. Holekamp, Harry M. Holekamp, James C. Holekamp,
and Jeannette K. Holekamp Wingfield, which voucher shall be delivered upon the
delivery of their executed right of way deed with joinders by their respective
spouses as herein enumerated.
