ORDER NO. 12949 OFFER TO ERNST PERRY LICIT AND WIFE, THELMA OLIVE WOOLFLEY LICH, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341 On this the 21st day of March, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 2 together with a channel easement designated as Parcel 2(E) from Ernst Perry Lich and wife, Thelma Olive Woolfley Lich, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Greek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said F arcels Nos. 2 and Z(E) has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unsnimously approved by the Court ghat Kerr County offer to pay Ernst Perry Lich and wife, Thelma Olive Woolfley Li{ h, the sum of $15, 523, 00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 7.354 acres of land out of Surveys 379, T. J. G~~lightly, 689 P. Nuernberger and 377 W. T. Austin, together with a channel easement comprising 0.057 acres out of Survey 379, which parcles consist of 5.086 acres of new right of way and 2,268 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher un the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $15, 523, 00 payable to Ernst Perry Lich and wife, Thelma Olive Woolfley Lich, which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed and channel easement as aforesaid.
