ACCEPTANCE OF LETTER PROPOSAL OF MOORE SERVICE TO PROVIDE
FOR PUBLIC LANDFILL ACCESS
On this the 28th day of January 1977, upon motion made
by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the acceptance of the Letter Proposal
of Moore Service to provide for public access for Kerr County
residents to permit disposal of household refuse at the City
of Kerrville landfill site and to additionally provide for
refuse collection for the Kerr County Courthouse as per terms
and conditions set forth in said proposal, as filed with the
Clerk of the Court.
