ORDER APPROVING PROPOSED PROCEDURE TO HAVE DESIGN PLANS
FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS PREPARED EY BOVAY ENGINEERS
On this the 23rd day of June, 1977, came on to tae heard
and considered by the Court the matter of approving a proposed procedure to have
design plans for the implementation of the airport master plan drawn by
Poway Engineers; and it appearing to the Court that the advance preparation
of such plans would serve to materially support the pending application
for funding the actual construction of the airport improvements concerned,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett, and approved by majority vote, with Commissioners Sallee and Garrett
and Judge Neunhoffer voting "aye" and Commissioners Lich and Stone voting
"no", that Kerr County hereby agrees to participate jointly and equally
with the City of Kerrville, subject to final concurrence herein by the City
Council of the City of Kerrville, in the estimated cost of $b5, 000. 00 for the
preparation of the design plans concerned.
