INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
On this the 16th day of August 1977, upon motion made by
Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioners Garrett and Lich and County Judge Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Stone voting "NO", said motion
carrying by a majority vote, that the Joint Agreement between the
City of Kerrville and Kerr County with Bovay Engineers, Inc.,
for Engineering Services incident to planned Airport Improve-
ments at Louis Schreiner Field be approved and that the County
Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer be authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of Ke~'r County.
