APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO KERRVILLE TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR
UTILITY ADJUSTMENTS ON STATE HIGHWAY 16, IN THE AMOUNT
of $11,725.06
On this the 10th day of April 1978, upon motion made
by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved payment to the Kerrville
Telephone Company, for utility adjustments on State Highway
16, in the amount of $11,725.06.
It is ordered that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right of Way Fund,
in the above amount, payable to the Kerrville Telephone
Company.

The final bi Ming from Kerrville Telephone Company in the amount of
$11,896.87 has been reviewed and is el iF;ible for State cost participation
in the amount of $11,725.06. 'ilia utility's bill, as you will note, wns
cited for deduction in the amount of $171.81 by D-3's audit. Kerrville
Telephone Company has agreed to this deduction in the amount cited.
The State will re imburae Kerr County 90%, of the eligible amount or 90`/, of
the actual amount paid to the utility, whichever ie less. We have prepared
the necessary forms for the County to claim their reimbursement. The forms
indicate that the County has paid the full amount; should the County pay less
these forms must be revised accordingly.
Kerrville Telephone Company has requested that the County send their payment for this
adjustment to the attention of Yvonne Ator.
Upon receipt of the executed forms we will process the County's claim for
payment.
