Say of September 1978, upon motion made
allee, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved the Plat of The Woods,
provided in so doing, that actual maintenance of roadways
will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential
development shall justify said maintenance and until
roads are constructed to specifications- of the Commis-
sioner of Kerr County Precinct No~ Two.,
