ORDER DIRECTING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO FILE SUIT FOR
DELINQUENT 1977 AD VALOREM TAXES OWED BX 40
LO VA CA GATHERING COMPANY
On this the 21st day of November, 1978 came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of directing the County Attorney of
Kerr County to file suit for the collection of delinquent ad valorem
taxes for the year 1977 assessed on the Kerr County Tax Roll against
40 LoVaca Gathering Company, which taxes remain wholly unpaid
despite proper notice as required by law; and it appearing to the
Court efforts to collect the said taxes for the year 1977 have been
unsuccessful, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee
seconded by Commissioner Lich _ and unanimously approved
by the Court that the County Attorney of Kerr County be directed to file
suit in the District Gourt of Kerr County to collect all delinquent ad
valorem taxes assessed against 40 LoVaca Gathering Company on the
1977 Kerr County Tax Roll, together with accrued penalties and interest;
and that such suit shall include all 1977 ad valorem taxes awing the
State of Texas, Kerr County, Divide Common School District No. 12,
and the Upper Guadalupe River Authority as per the aforesaid 1977
Tax Roll.
