ORDER NO. 13412
APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR
TAX YEAR 1977, ENDING JUNE 30, 1978
On this the 14th day of August 1978, came on to be examined
by the Court the settlement with Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1978 and it appear-
ing to the Court that said reports are in proper form and
should be approved; and
That the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amount
as set forth on the current tax roll of Insolvents, Errors,
Delinquents and Discounts Allowed, as follows:
and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with
the amount collected in addition to the current rolls of
Insolvent Tax Collections, Redemptions, etc., as listed on
the report.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Annual Reports
of Tax Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith, for Tax Year
1977, ending June 30, 1978.
