ORDER APPROVING REFUIQD OF $7,917.27 TO DORIS LEE SMITH,
TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS FOR REIMBURSE-
MENT FOR OVERPAYMENT RECEIVED FROM KERB COUNTY'S SHARE OF
MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE SALES
On this the 8th day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Sallee seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the
Court unanimously approved that Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector of Kerr County, Texas, be reimbursed in the amount
of $7,917.27, for overpayment received by Kerr County from
proceeds of Kerr County's share of Motor Vehicle License
Sales, previously deposited in the Kerr County Road and
Bridge Fund.
It is ordered that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund in the amount
of $7,917.27, payable to Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector of Kerr County, Texas.

Gentlemen:
This is to advise that an error was made on the March 24, 1978
automobile registration report which resulted in overpayment
to the Kerr County Road and Bridge Fund and a shortage to the
State Department of Highways and Public Transportation in the
amount of $7,917.27.
I respectfully request a refund in that amount in order that
I may reimburse the state.
