Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1, 1977 and ending December 31, 1977 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $12,119.89. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13205 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 9th day of January 1978, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1978, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1978. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1978. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13206 TRANSFER OF $34,635.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND On this the 9th day of January 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social Security Fund from their respective funds: Jury Fund ------- $ 635.00 General Fund ------- $ 4000.00 Road & Bridge Fund ------ $10000.00 Officers Salary Fund ---- $20000.00 Total $34635.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13207 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT On this the 9th day of January 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County, as is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner n ~' ~~ t: ''Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, that the compensa- tion to be paid for the month of January 1978 to all Grand Jurors and Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen shall be fixed at $5.00 per day, including those summoned but excused, provided however, that those County and Justice of the Peace and District Court Jurors and Grand Jurors actually impaneled and sworn, shall be paid $7.50 per day. SCHREINER BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLES SCHREINER ROAD FUND, TO MAKE EXPENDITURE OF ACCRUED EARNINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING RIGHT OF ~~7AY FOR STATE LOOP 534 NORTHEAST OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE On this the 9th day of January, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, pursuant to judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the docket of the 216th District Court of Kerr County, Texas, the *natter of advising the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which certain accrued earnings oŁ said Trust Fund might be expended in furtherance of the purposes for which said trust is created; And it appearing to the Court that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County is committed to secure right of way for the construction of that portion of State Loop 534 between State Highway 16 and F. M. Road 689 which lies outside the city limits of the City of Kerrville.
