Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles Schreiner Road Fund, expend those funds now under its control which constitute the earnings of the said trust fund for the year 1977 for the purpose of aiding the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County in the procurement of right of way for the construction of the portion of State Loop 534 as aforesaid; And it is further recommended that the said Chas. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Vdhitton Associates and re- commended to the Court that payment be made to Roy McGinnis and Company, Inc., in the amount of $16,396.31. WHEAT AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR AND DORIS ISENBERG, AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 9th day of January 1978, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica- tion of Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize Sarah E. Wheat as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and Doris Isenberg, as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Sarah E.
