B. Swank, FA IA and Lester B. Whitton, PE, for Professional Services on the Kerr County Correction/Detention Facility in the amount of $7,927.00. It is ordered that a voucher be drawn in the amount of $7,927.00, out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund, payable to A. B. Swank, FAIR and Lester B.
