day of February 1978, at 10:00 o'clock A. b1., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term
of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 13234 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of February 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Genera 1, Officers Salary,
County Law Library, Jury, Public Library, 216th District Probation Fund, and Juvenile Pro-
bation Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, from page 13 thru 17 , which were

approved by the Court.

NO. 13235 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of February 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.

NO. 13236 AMENDMENT CLARIFYING FLOOD PLAIN REGULATIONS IN KERR COUNTY
On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved an amendment clarifying Flood Plain
Regulations in Kerr County, Page 6, Section 4.02 and Page 8, Section 5.02, as the same
appears on file in the office of the County Clerk. (Re. Order No. 13190, dated Dec. 21,
1977).
