On this the 13th day of February 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.

On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved an amendment clarifying Flood Plain
Regulations in Kerr County, Page 6, Section 4.02 and Page 8, Section 5.02, as the same
appears on file in the office of the County Clerk. (Re. Order No. 13190, dated Dec. 21,
1977).

On this the 13th day of February 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit and for the amounts and period of
time as listed below:

above mentioned investments in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that proper vouchers be drawn on the funds aforementioned and
in the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid investments with the Chas. Schreiner
Bank

SURVEY COMMISSION
On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Mrs. W. A. Salter
as an honorary member of the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission.

FOR USE BY KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. ONE AIQD PRECINCT NO. THREE
On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for two 1978 Model two ton dump trucks - cabs and chassis' for use by
Kerr County Commissioners' Precincts No. One and Three, as follows:
One 1978 Model two ton dump truck - cab and chassis for use by Kerr County Precinct
No. One, less trade-in of one 1966 Chevrolet 2 ton Cab & Chassis, as is where is,
together with additional used dump bed and hydraulic equipment.
One 1978 Model two ton dump truck - cab and chassis for use by Kerr County Prec. iQO.
Three, Less trade in of one 1964 Chevrolet 2 ton truck dump truck, as is where is.
Alternate bids for either or both units without trade-in will be considered.
