above mentioned investments in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that proper vouchers be drawn on the funds aforementioned and
in the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid investments with the Chas. Schreiner
Bank.

On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for two 1978 Model two ton dump trucks - cabs and chassis' for use by
Kerr County Commissioners' Precincts No. One and Three, as follows:
One 1978 Model two ton dump truck - cab and chassis for use by Kerr County Precinct
No. One, less trade-in of one 1966 Chevrolet 2 ton Cab & Chassis, as is where is,
together with additional used dump bed and hydraulic equipment.
One 1978 Model two ton dump truck - cab and chassis for use by Kerr County Prec. NO. ._.
Three, Less trade in of one 1964 Chevrolet 2 ton truck dump truck, as is where is.
Alternate bids for either or both units without trade-in will be considered.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Eids to be received until 10x00 o'clock A. M., March 13th, 1978, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids as to either or both units.

SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACT AIQD AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO RELEASE
PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED BONDS
On this the 13th day of February, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the letter request of the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to substi-
tute 20 $5,000.00 Brazos River Authority Bonds for 20 $5,000.00 Lower Neches Valley Authority
6.60% Pollution Control Revenue Bonds now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Con-
tract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, Page
293 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on April 11, 1977;
And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell said Lower Neches
Valley Authority Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, and that said Bank should properly be allowed
to make a substitution of acceptable securities,
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unani-
mously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank be
granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to substitute 20 $5,000.00
Brazos River Authority Bonds dated June 15, 1976 and maturing July 15, 1985, for the following
previously pledged bonds:
20 $5;000.00 Lower Neches Valley Authority 6.60% Pollution Control Revenue Bonds
Series A, being numbers 3501/3520 inclusive, and dated December 1, 1974 and due
December I, 1989;
And it ;s _urther ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the
custodian of the aforesaid $100,000.00 in Lower Neches Valley Authority 6.60°s Pollution Control
Revenue Bond Series A, be and is hereby authorized to release same to the said Chas. Schreiner
Bank upon receipt of 20 $5,000.00 Brazos River Authority Water Supply Revenue Bonds Upper
Navasota Project Series 1976, dated June 15, 1976 and due July 15, 1985, and to hold the said
bonds as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the existing deposi-
tory pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide certified
copies of this Order to each Bank concerned.
