Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to substi~ trite 20 $5,000.00 Brazos River Authority Bonds for 20 $5,000.00 Lower Neches Valley Authority 6.608 Pollution Control Revenue Bonds now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Con- tract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, Page 293 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on April 11, 1977; ... And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell said Lower Neches Valley Authority Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, and that said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable securities, It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unani- mously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to substitute 20 $5,000.00 Brazos River Authority Bonds dated June 15, 1976 and maturing July 15, 1985, for the following previously pledged bonds: 20 $5;000.00 bower Neches Valley Authority 6.600 Pollution Control Revenue Bonds Series A, being numbers 3501/3520 inclusive, and dated December 1, 1974 and due December 1; 1989; And it is -urther ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian of the aforesaid $100,000.00 in Lower Neches Valley Authority 6.60°s Pollution Control Revenue Bond Series A, be and is hereby authorized to release same to the said Chas.
