NO. 13241 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY DEPOSITORY TO MAKE SUBSTITUTION OF SECURITIES PLEDGED TO
SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACT AIQD AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO RELEASE
PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED BONDS
On this the 13th day of February, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the letter request of the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to substi-
lute 20 $5,000.00 Brazos River Authority Bonds for 20 $5,000.00 Lower Neches Valley Authority
6.60°s Pollution Control Revenue Bonds now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Con -
tract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, Page
293 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on April 11, 1977;
And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell said Lower Neches
Valley Authority Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, and that said Bank should properly be allowed
to make a substitution of acceptable securities,
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unani-
mously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank be
granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to substitute 20 $5,000.00
Brazos River Authority Bonds dated June 15, 1976 and maturing July 15, 1985, for the following
previously pledged bonds:
20 $5;000.00 Lo~r~er Neches Valley Authority 6.600 Pollution Control Revenue Bonds
Series A, being numbers 3501/3520 inclusive, and dated December 1, 1974 and due
December 1; 1989;
And it is =urther ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the

custodian of the aforesaid $100,000.00 in Lower Neches Valley Authority 6.60% Pollution Control
Revenue Bond Series A, be and is hereby authorized to release same to the said Chas. Schreiner
Ban3c upon receipt of 20 $5,00.0.00 Brazos River Authority Water Supply Revenue Bonds Upper
'Navasota Project Series 1976, dated June 15, 1976 and due July 15, 1985, and to hold the said
bonds as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the existing deposi-
tory pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide certified
copies of this Order to each Bank concerned.

NO. 13242 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF FURNITURE FOR NEW COUNTY COURTROOM AND APPROVAL OF PAYMENT
TO COMMERCIAL OFFICE SUPPLY COMPANY
On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Co:nnti.ssioner.Sallee, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the delivery of furniture
for the new County Courtroom and approved payment to Commercial Office Supply in the amount of
$5,136.36 f_or 48 Critelli Stack Chairs and 4 Dollys, as reconunended by Lester B. vmitton,
Planning Consultant.
It is ordered that a. voucher be drawn on the General Fund, payable to Commercial Office
Supply Cct~npany for the items listed above.
