Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to substi~ tote 20 $5,000.00 Brazos River Authority Bonds for 20 $5,000.00 Lower Neches Valley Authority 6.60% Pollution Control Revenue Bonds now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Con- tract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, Page 293 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on April 11, 1977; And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell said Lower Neches Valley Authority Pollution Control Revenue Bonds, and that said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable securities, It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unani- mously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request oŁ the said Chas. FOR PAYMENT N0. 10 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETEIQTION FACILITY On this the 13th day of February 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the Con- tractor's request for Payment No. 10 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction/Detention Facility. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the amount of $27,937.00. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 10 of the Construction Contract and the Auditor & Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $27,937.00, payable to C. BRANTLEY, SR., AS PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT NO. 10 On this the 13th day of February 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Mrs. Robert L. Brantley, Sr., as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 10, be confirmed, effective as of February 3, 1978. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13246 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYtQENT OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS HELD IN THE ACCOUNTS OF FORMER COUNTY OFFICIALS INTO THE GENERAL FUND OF KERR COUNTY On this the 13th day of February, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of authorizing the payment of unclaimed funds held in the official bank accounts of certain former County officials of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that no claims have been made against the said funds for a reasonable period of time; and the said unclaimed funds were primarily generated by checks issued against the said funds by the individual officials concerned during the periods of their respective tenures of office, which checks have remained unnegotiated over a considerable period of time; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court that the payment of unclaimed funds in the official accounts of Ed Honea, former District Clerk; Juanita Reeves Maples, former County Tax Assessor-Collector; and Charles J. Rees, former Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2 of Kerr County, be paid into the General Fund of Kerr County subject to the right of reimbursement by Kerr County to the lawful claim- ant of any portion thereof upon presentation of a proper claim to the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County; and it is further ordered that the said Ed Honea be authorized to pay the un- claimed balance in his account No. 002-755 in the amount of $93.80 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County, that the said Juanita Reeves Maples be authorized to pay the unclaimed balance in her account No. 003-328 in the amount of $96.13 to the County Treasurer of Kerr County;
