NO. 13264 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF TWO 1978 FORD SEDANS FROfd KEN STOEPEL FORD, LINCOLN,
MERCURY, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUIJTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR
PAYMENT
On this the 3rd day of March, 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of two 1978
Ford Sedans from Ken Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's
Department and that a voucher in the amount of $12,882.00 be drawn on the General Fund for
the two new units - ($6441.00 each unit).
Bid price for both units was in the amount of $13,190.00 - $6595.00 each unit, but
credit in the amount of $154.00 for each unit for rear disc brakes was allowed.
