COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 13th day
of March 1978, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
At 10:00 o'clock A. M., the time for the filing of bids for trucks was closed.
Bids for two 1978 two ton Dump Trucks for use by the Commissioners of Precincts No. 1 and
Precinct No. 3 were opened and referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation.
N0. 13265 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of March 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 1, General
Road and Bridge, Jury, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Public Library, Kerr
County Juvenile Probation and 216th District Probation Funds, as shown in the Minutes of
Accounts Allowed, from page 22 thru 26 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13266 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 13th day of March 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore,
upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimous-
ly approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.
