NO. 13267 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF STONE RIDGE ESTATES

On this the 13th day of March 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Stone Ridge Estates,
provided in so doing, that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County
until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed
to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 1.

NO. 13268 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAPd, INC., FOR PAYD~LENT NO. 11
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 13th day of March 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for Payment No. 11 of the Construction Construction Contract for the Kerr County
Correction-Detention Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B.
Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc.,
in the amount of $48,463.00.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 11 of the Construction
Contract and the Auditor & Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$48,463.00, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund.

NO. 13269 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF ONE HALF OF COSTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES BY
BOVAY ENGINEER, INC. FOR AIRPORT IMPROVF._~IENTS TO CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 13th day of March 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County reimburse the City
of Kerrville in the amount of $11,250.00 for the County's one-half of costs for professional
services by Bovay Engineers, for Airport improvements and that the Auditor and Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to the City of Kerrville, payable
out of the General Fund.

NO. 13270 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF BLANCHARD ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF JUDICIAL
BENCHES IN COUNTY COURTROOM AND AUXILIARY COURTROOM IN AMOUNT OF $8,393.00
On this the 13th day of March, 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Blanchard
Associates, Inc., for construction of judicial benches, as follows:
County Courtroom $4,683.00
Auxiliary (uncontested
Courtroom) $3,710.00
Total $8,393.00
as recommended by Planning Consultant, Lester B. Whitton, and County Auditor, Don 4Tilliamson,
as the lowest and best bid.

On this the 13th day of March 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that D. W. Bennett be appointed Alternate
Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 16, to fill the vacancy created by the death of
E. L. Wildman.
