I1O. 13280 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF OAK RIDGE ESTATES
On this the 29th day of March 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Oak Ridge Estates, subject
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by i:err County
until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed
to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two.

IdO. 13281 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF iQORTHFORK
On this the 29th day of March 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Northfork, subject to the
provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until
residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to
specifications of the Commissioner of I:err County Precinct I7o. Four.

subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are
constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct I7o. One.
