Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P.E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the amount of $27,947.00. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 12 of the Construction Contract and the Auditor & Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $27,947.00, payable to C. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o iVO. 13283 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AINIE FRAiVK REAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING ON MAY 12th AND MAY 13th, 1978 FOR SPRING CLUB LAMB SALE On this the 10th day of April 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building on May 12th and Play 13th, 1978 for a Spring Club Lamb Sale, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus clean-up, and if clean-up is not satisfactorily performed by user, an additional $150.00 is to be charged. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13289 APPROVAL OF APPLICATIOiV OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF RUBYE IVEECK AS OFFICE DEPUTY SHERIFF AND APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF SAID DEPUTY On this the 10th day of April 1978, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica- tion of Paul Fields, Sheriff of I:err County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize Rubye Neeck, as Office Deputy Sheriff, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis- sioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Rubye Neeck as Office Deputy Sheriff and that her salary be increased to $6360.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being April 11th, 1978 and that her salary be paid out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13290 TRANSFER OF $1400.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION FUND On this the 10th day of April, 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing the Clerk and Treasurer to transfer the sum of $1400.00 from the General Fund to the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund, pending receipt of the third year funding from the Criminal Justice Division, and that the General Fund be reimbursed upon receipt of said funding. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13291 APPROVAL OF SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S SEC..ETARY FOR TIIE 193th JUDICIAL DISTRICT
