by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the salary for the Secretary of
the District Attorney of the 198th Judicial District be increased and that Kerr County's
share be increased to $180.61 per month, effective April 1, 1978.

NO. 13292 APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT OIQ OFFICE FURNITURE FOR COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND
TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE TO PAUL ANDERSON COMPANY
On this the 10th day of April 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that final payment on office furniture
for the County Clerk's Office and Tax Assessor-Collector's Office be made to Paul Anderson
Company, in the amount of $1240.82, as recommended by Lester B. Whitton Associates, Planning
Consultants.
It is ordered that the Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher
on the General Fund for the balance due on the base contract in the amount of $933.77 and for
two additional furniture units in the amount of $307.05, making a total of $1240.32, payable
to Paul Anderson Company.

Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved final payment to Roy McGinnis and Company,
Inc., in the amount of $500.00, as per contract, as recommended by Lester B. Whitton Associates,
Planning Consultants.
It is ordered that a voucher in the amount of $500.00 be drawn on the Permanent Improve-
ment Fund, payable to Roy McGinnis and Company, Inc.

Associates in the amount of $464.75 for professional services for the restoration and remodel-
ing of the existing Courthouse and that a voucher be drawn on the Permanent Improvement Fund
in the above amount, payable to Lester B. Whitton Associates.

On this the 10th day of April 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the reappointment of A. J. Brough,
Harry A. Turnpauqh and Dr. C. C. Jones, Jr., for another two year period as members of the
Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board.
