On this the 10th day of April 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 320 thru 324, Volume O.

tQO. 13309 ORDER AUTHORIZING SHERIFF, PAUL FIELDS, TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SALE OF ONE
1975 FORD SEDAN
On this the 10th day of April 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Sheriff, Paul Fields, be authoriz-
ed to advertise and accept sealed bids for sale of one 1975 Ford four door sedan, subject to
approval by the Commissioners' Court.

On this the 5th day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Lots 1 through 20 of
Riverhills Estates No. Three.

NO. 13311 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF THE NORTHY7EST PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, E. H. TURNER'S
BUENA VISTA ADDITION
On this the 5th day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Re-Plat of the Northwest Part of Lot
1, Block 1, E. H. Turner's Buena Vista Addition, provided in so doing, that actual mainten-
ance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall
justify said maintenance.
