1978, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
apart thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS IN CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSITS WITH CHAS.
SCHREINER BANK
On this the 12th day of May 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, the
matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit and for the amounts and period of
time as listed below:

of Deposits, pending possible need oi- these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion
made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved
the above mentioned investments in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that proper vouchers be drawn on the funds aforementioned and
in the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid investments with the Chas. Schreiner
Bank

WHEREAS, Article 7336f Vernon's Revised Civil Statutes of Texas as amended 1971, requires
that the Assessor-Collector of Taxes shall cause to be compiled a delinquent tax record; and,
WHEREAS, Article 7336f, further requires that the Assessor-Collector of Taxes shall
cause to be prepared a supplement or a recompilation, when as many as two years taxes have
become delinquent which are not shown on the delinquent tax record of the County; and,
WHEREAS, the Assessor-Collector of Taxes for Kerr County deems it necessary and expedient
to contract with a competent firm to compile said delinquent tax record and,
