NO. 13337 ORDER ACCEPTING GRANT AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE LOUIS SCHREINER FIELD,
KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 19th day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Grant Agreement between
the United States of America (acting through the Federal Aviation Administration and the City
of Kerrville and County of Kerr, for development of the Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville
Municipal Airport, Project No. 5-48-0121-03, Contract No. DOT-FA-78SW-8671.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County.

NO. 13338 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY TREASURER TO EMPLOY NON-DEPUTIZED ASSISTANT
On this the 19th day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Treasurer, Mrs. E. M.
McDonald, be authorized to employ a non-deputized assistant on an hourly basis, at her dis-
cretion, salary to be on an hourly basis rate, consistent with other part time personnel.
