NO. 13343 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUMMERHILL ESTATES
On this the 31st day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Summerhill Estates, subject
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until
residential development shall justify said maintenance.

N0. 13344 APPROVAL OF AMENDED PLAT OF BEE CAVES RAIQCH
On this the 31st day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Amended Plat of Bee Caves Ranch,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are
constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct Tdo. Four.

On this the 31st day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by ,,.,

Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Guadalupe Ranch. Estates,/
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are
constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

NO. 13346 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF MOUNTAIN VIEW ESTATES
On this the 31st day of May 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Mountain View Estates, provided
in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road easements dedicated for
public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair, mainten-
ance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.

N0. 13347 REFUND OF UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF $1177.95 IN KERB COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATIOiQ FUND
TO CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION r
On this the 31st day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized
to refund the unexpended balance of $1177.95 out of the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund
to the Criminal Justice Division, which balance remains from the second year Grant received
for funding of the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Office.

NO. 13348 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO CAPITAL ACOUSTICAL COMPANY, INC., FOR ACOUSTICAL TILE
CEILINGS OIQ FIRST FLOOR AREAS OF KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 31st day of May 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved payment to Capital Acoustical Co., Inc.,
in the amount of $1,950.00, for acoustical the ceilings on the first floor areas of the
Kerr County Courthouse, as recommended by Lester B. Whitton Associates, Planning Consultants.
It is ordered that the Auditor and County Treasurer are authorized to draw a voucher on
the General Fund in the amount of $1950.00, as per bid price, payable to Capital Acoustical
Company, Inc.
