N0. 13355 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF FURNITURE FOR AUXILIARY COURT ROOM AND APPROVAL OF
PAYMENT TO COMMERCIAL OFFICE SUPPLY COMPANY
On this the 12th day of June 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the delivery of furniture
for the Auxiliary Courtroom and approved payment to Commercial Office Supply Company in the
amount of $2529.09, for 24 Castelli Stack Chairs in the amount of $2490.00 and 1 stacking dolly
in the amount of $39.09, as recommended by Lester B. V7hitton, Planning Consultant.
It is ordered that a voucher be drawn on the General Fund, payable to Commercial Office
Supply Company for the items listed above in the amount of $2529.09.

NO. 13356 APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATES OF CORRECTION ON DELINQUENT TAX ROLL
On this the 12th day of June 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved Certificates of Correction No. 9509 and
9510 on the Delinquent Tax Roll, by Tax Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith.

NO. 13357 OFFER TO HEIRS OF ROBERT H. HOLLIMON, DECEASED, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534
On this the 12th day of June, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid the heirs of Robert H. Hollimon, deceased, for their un-
divided 1/5th interest in a parcel of right of way designated as Parcel No. 1 of the Loop
534 right of way, which parcel comprises 0.097 acres out of Survey No. 148 and consists of
a previously severed portion of the original Hollimon Cemetery tract; and it appearing to the
Court that Mrs. Ida M. Hollimon, Robert Eugene Hollimon, Ida Mae Goss, and Irene Joyce Behrend5,
who comprise all the heirs at law of Robert H. Hollimon, have heretofore accepted the letter
offer of Kerr County to pay them jointly the sum of $200.00 for their jointly owned undivided
`~'' one fifth interest in the said Parcel No. 1, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee,

seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay
the aforesaid heirs of Robert H. Hollimon, deceased, the sum of $200.00 as consideration for
their conveyance of their undivided 1/5th interest in the aforesaid Parcel No. 1 to the State
of Texas; and it is further ordered that upon approval for filing by the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation and final title approval, a voucher in the amount of $200.00
be drawn on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund, payable to Ida M. Hollimon, Robert Eugene Hollimon,
Ida Mae Goss and Irene Joyce Behrends.

idO. 13358 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, FOR
APPOINTMENT OF PATRICIA SCOTT AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERR
COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of June 1978, came on to be considered by the Court, the application
of Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint
and deputize Patricia Scott as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court
that said application should be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authoriz-
ed to deputize Patricia Scott as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and that her salary be fixed
at $6000.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being June 12, 1978,
payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
