NO. 13359 DESIGNATION OF PAUL FIELDS, KERR COUNTY SHERIFF, AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF
KERR COUNTY FOR PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING SURPLUS FOOD COMMODITIES FOR THE KERR COUNTY
JAIL
On this the 12th day of June 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Paul Fields, Kerr County Sheriff,
be designated as authorized representative of Kerr County, for the purpose of acquiring
surplus food commodities for the Kerr County Jail, through the Texas Department of Human
Resources.

NO. 13360 APPORTIONMENT OF $30,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 12th day of June 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and are
hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $30,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to
the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	and	Bridge	#1 ---	-------- $9,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	#2 ---	-------- $6,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	#3 ---	-------- $6,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	#4 ---	-------- $9,000.00

NO. 13361 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of June 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and are
hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of

by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Castle Hills Subdivision,
being 3.749 acres out of the S4alter Fosgate Survey 120, A-138, Kerrville, Texas.

NO. 13364 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GUADALUPE RANCH ESTATES, SECTION TLdO
On thAS the 21st day of June 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Guadalupe Ranch Estates, Section
Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are con-
structed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct tdo. Four.
