Nogues, to act on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas, in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the 198th, Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345B, Texas Civil Statutes, the said Causes being delinquent tax suits, listed as follows: Docket Numbers 78-10-A 78-12-A 78-13-A 78-14-A 78-10-B 78-11-B 78-12-B 78-13-B 78-14-B Names Frank Albe Est. Brooks Lee Alice Edds Helen Neal Gertrude Harrison It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served with Citation in said Causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that inter- vention and filing of claims in these causes are required to preserve the claims of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constituting a lien on the property, which is subject to said delinquent tax suits, it is ordered on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, that County Attorney, James C. Nogues, be authorized and directed to proceed to file an inter- vention in the said Causes as above set forth and otherwise proceed according to law in this matter. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13366 OFFER TO HEIRS OF GEORGE M. HOLLIMON, DECEASED, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 On this the 21st day of June, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid the heirs of George M. Hollimon, deceased, for their un- divided 1/5th interest in a parcel of right of way designated as Parcel No. 1 of the Loop 534 right of way, which parcel comprises 0.097 acres out of Survey No. 148 and consists of a previously severed portion of the original Hollimon Cemetery tract; and it appearing to the Court that Mrs. Elphie Hollimon, George Melvin Hollimon, Alta Mae Brown, and Elinor Ruth Schwarz, who comprise all the heirs at law of George M. Hollimon, have heretofore accepted the letter offer of Kerr County to pay them jointly the sum of $200.00 for their jointly owned undivided one fifth interest in the said Parcel No. 1, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay the aforesaid heirs of George M. Hollimon, deceased, the sum of $200.00 as consideration for their conveyance of their undivided 1/5th interest in the aforesaid Parcel No. 1 to the State of Texas; and it is further ordered that upon approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and final title approval, a ~' voucher in the amount of $200.00 be drawn on the Loop 534 Right of Way fund, payable to Elphie Hollimon, George Melvin Hollimon, Alta Mae Brown, and Elinor Ruth Schwarz. o-o-o-o-O-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED JUNE 21st, 1978 at 10:35 o'clock A.
