Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from January 1, 1978 and ending June 30th, 1978 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,978.47. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13374 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC., FOR PAYMENT NO. 15 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's request for payment No. 15 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction- Detention Facility. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P.E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the amount of $11,348.00. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 15 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $11,348.00, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13375 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED USE OF GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS TO BE RECEIVED BY KERR COUNTY On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved authorization of Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Use of General Revenue Sharing Entitlement Funds to be received by Kerr County, to be held in the Kerr County Commissioners' Courtroom in the Kerr County Court- house on August 11th, 1978 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Said notice to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas one time. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13376 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1978 On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be considered by the Court the appointment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 71 thru 77 , Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
