day of July	1978, at	10:00	o'clock A. M., in the City of	Kerrville, Texas, a regular term
of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 13370 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the. various claims
and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last
term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasur-
er, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, County
Law Library, Public Library, Jury, 216th District Probation and Kerr County Juvenile Probation
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, from page 57 thru 61 which were made
a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13371 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 10th day of July 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.

NO. 13372 QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND FINES OF COUNTY CLERK APPROVED
On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie td. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1978, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,978.47.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $7,349.00

NO. 13373 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be considered by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her
hands for the period from January 1, 1978 and ending June 30th, 1978 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,978.47.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13374 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC., FOR PAYMENT NO. 15
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for payment No. 15 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction-
Detention Facility. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P.E.
and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman,
Inc., in the amount of $11,348.00. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment
No. 15 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to
draw a voucher in the amount of $11,348.00, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr
County Jail Construction Fund.

NO. 13375 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED USE OF GENERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
TO BE RECEIVED BY KERR COUNTY
On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved authorization of Notice of Public
Hearing for Proposed Use of General Revenue Sharing Entitlement Funds to be received by
Kerr County, to be held in the Kerr County Commissioners' Courtroom in the Kerr County Court-
house on August 11th, 1978 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Said notice to be published in the Official
Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas one time.

NO. 13376 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1978
On this the 10th day of July 1978, came on to be considered by the Court the appointment
of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen precincts
of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 71 thru 77 ,
Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.

approved by the Court.

NO. 13377 RESIGNATION OF L. H. PURVIS, ACTING CHIEF DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 10th day of July 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of L. H. Purvis,
Acting Chief Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, with regret,
