On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the application of Emmie M. Muenker,
County Clerk, be granted, to re-confirm the appointment of Mari Ann McDaniel to Mari Ann
Scherer, Deputy County Clerk (name change due to marriage July 1, 1978), and that her deputa-
tion in the name of Mari Ann Scherer be effective the date of her qualification.

On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF ARMADILLO ESTATES UNIT NO. 1,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are con-
structed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Three.

On this the 10th day of July, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid the heirs of IZrs. Leavy Eaton, deceased, for their undivided
1/5th interest in a parcel of right of way designated as Parcel No. 1 of the Loop 534 right
of way, which parcel comprises 0.097 acres out of Survey No. 148 and consists of a previously
severed portion of the original Hollimon Cemetery tract; and it appearing to the Court that
Myrtle Thomas, Faye Liesmann, Eva Cowden, Curtis Eaton and Horace Eaton, who comprise all the
heirs at law of Robert H. Hollimon, have heretofore received the letter offer of Kerr County
to pay them jointly the sum of $200.00 for their jointly owned undivided one fifth interest in
the said Parcel No. 1, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay the aforesaid heirs of
