NO. 13388 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, FOR DIERIT
INCREASES IN SALARY FOR DORIS ISENBERG, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR AND
HARRIET DIXON, CHIEF DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the application of Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector, for merit increases in salary for Doris Isenberg, Deputy Tax Assessor-
Collector, from $6960.00 per annum to $7260.00 per annum and Harriet Dixon, Chief Deputy Tax
Assessor-Collector, from $7800.00 per annum to $3400.00 per annum, effective August 1, 1978.

IQO. 13389 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT NO. FOUR, JOHN
P. HILL
On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of the Justice of the
Peace of Precinct No. Four, John P. Hill, be increased from $3600.00 per annum to $4000.00
per annum, effective August 1, 1978.

NO. 13390 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and are
hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 13391 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and are
hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND to
the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	and	Bridge	No.	1 --	------ $4500.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	2 --	------ $3000.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	3 --	------ $3000.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	4 --	------ $4500.00
