On this the 17th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Real Ranch Estates Section No.
One, a Subdivision of 12.56 acres of land, being out of Kendall County School League No. 2,
Abstract No. 219, comprising a total of four tracts of land in Kerr County, subject to the
provisions that Kerr County does not assume additional road maintenance not being maintained
by the County at this date, 7-17-78.

On this the 17th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Real Ranch Estates Section
No. Two, a Subdivision of 26.32 acres of land, being out of Kendall County School League No. 2,
Abstract No. 219, I:err County, Texas, comprising a total of 6 tracts of land, subject to the
provisions that Kerr County does not assume additional road maintenance not being maintained
by the County at this date, 7-17-78.

NO. 13395 ORDER APPOINTING CLr'1YTON MILTON TO FILL VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC WEIGHER
FOR JUSTICE PRECINCT NO. 1 OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 21st day of July, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of making an appointment to fill the vacancy in the office of Public Weigher for Justice
Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County, which vacancy was created by the death of the incumbent Public
Weigher, O. N. Skipworth on July 19, 1978; and it appearing to the Court that Clayton Milton
is a duly qualified resident of Justice Precinct No. 1 of Rerr County and is familiar with the
operation of the Kerr County Public Scales and with the duties of the office of Public Ydeigher,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously
approved by the Court that Clayton Milton be and hereby is appointed Public ~7eigher for Justice
Precinct No. 1 of Kerr County to serve until the next succeeding General Election and until
the qualification of his successor; and it is further ordered that his salary be Fixed at
$3,000.00 per annum effective the date of qualification.

On this the 21st day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
