PRECINCTS NOS. 1, 2 and 3
On this the 26th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the bid of Gold Paving & Aggregate,
Inc., be accepted as the lowest and best bid, for paving in Kerr County Precincts Nos. 1, 2
and 3, as follows:
.58 per gallon for AC-5 asphalt
and
$5.00 per cubic yard to spread paving rock
Gold Paving & Aggregate, Inc., to purchase all asphalt and Kerr County
to provide all paving rock.

Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of John R. Alexander
as Chief Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, with regret, effec-
tive July 31, 1978.
