PIO. 13413 BUDGET HEARING SET FOR SEPTEMBER 15th, 1978 at 9:00 O'CLOCK A.M.
On this the 14th day of August 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that a public hearing on the 1979 Budget
for Kerr County, Texas, be set at 9:00. o'clock A. M., Friday,, September 15th, 1978 and that
the County Judge be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be
published in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of
I:err County will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County
Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1979 to December 31, 1979, the same to
be at a public hearing to be held Friday, September 15th, 1973 at 9:00 o'clock A. M., in the
Kerr County Commissioners' Courtroom of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

NO. 13414 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC., FOR PAYMENT NO. 16 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 14th day of August 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
Request for Payment No. 16 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction-Deten-
tion Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank,
F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the
amount of $27,774.00
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 16 of the Construction
