NO. 13418 SALARY INCREASES FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTERS OF 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT AND
216TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 14th day of August 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved salary increases of the District
Court Reporters, as follows:
That the salary of the Court Reporter of the 198th Judicial District,
be set at $6,119.10, effective September 1st, 1978, for Kerr County's
proportion, and
That the salary of the Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District,
be set at $5,184.54, effective September 1st, 1978, for Kerr County's
proportion.

NO. 13419 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 from GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of August 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 13420 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 14th day of August 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and
are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	and	Bridge	No.	1 ---	----- $4,500.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	2 ---	----- $3,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	3 ----	---- $3,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	No.	4 ----	---- $4,500.00

NO. 13421 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS IN CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSITS L'dITH
CHAS. SCHREINER BANK
On this the 14th day of August 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit and for the amounts and period of
time as listed below:
FUND
Courthouse & Jail Bond
Sinking Fund
Certificates of Obligation
Sinking Fund
AMOUNT PERIOD OF TIME
$ 6366.58 To mature February 1, 1979
945.88 To mature February 1, 1979
and that these funds should be invested as soon as possible in Interest Bearing Certificates
of Deposits, pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion
made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved
the above mentioned investments in Interest Bearinq Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that proper vouchers be drawn on the funds aforementioned and
in the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid investments with the Chas. Schreiner
Bank
