day of September 1978, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular
term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

EARL GARRETT Commissioner of Precinct No. 1 was not present, but was
excused, due to a death in the family.
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13426 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of September 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers
"' Salary, Jury, General Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Kerr County Juvenile Probation,
216th District Probation, Flood Damage Repair, and Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown -
in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, from page 79 thru g3 which were made a part hereof
and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

NO. 13427 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of September 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of August of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approv-
ed that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference
and subject to audit.

On this the 11th day of September 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that upon receipt of $19,945.67 into
.. the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer are hereby directed
to make the following transfers:
