On this the 11th day of September 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

At 9:00 o'clock A. M., a public hearing was held in the matter of adoption of the proposed
operating budget of Kerr County for 1979 and the hearing adjourned at 9:45 o'clock A. M.,
and the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13441 ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS FOR THE YEAR 1979
On this the 15th day of September 1978, came on to be considered by the Court the
public hearing in the matter of the Adoption of the Proposed Operating Budget of Kerr County
for the calendar year and fiscal year 1979, including proposed use of General Revenue Sharing
Funds.
It appearing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official news-
paper of Kerr County in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for more than ten days prior to the
hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the
public interest of the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should
be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the Operating Budget for the calendar and fiscal year 1979,
including the proposed use of General Revenue Sharing Funds.

On this the 15th day of September 1978, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
