M., and the following proceedings were had: NO. 13441 ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS FOR THE YEAR 1979 On this the 15th day of September 1978, came on to be considered by the Court the public hearing in the matter of the Adoption of the Proposed Operating Budget of Kerr County for the calendar year and fiscal year 1979, including proposed use of General Revenue Sharing Funds It appearing to the r_ourt that proper notices have been published in the official news- paper of Kerr County in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for more than ten days prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved. A. LOGEMAN, INC., FOR PAYMENT NO. 17 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY On this the 15th day of September 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the Con- tractor's Request for Payment No. 17 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correc- tion Detention Facility. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. 4dhitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the amount of $19,279.00. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 17 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $19,279.00, payable to C.
