GONZALES AND WIFE, DOMINGA GONZALES, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 On this the 15th day of September, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Joe T. Gonzales and wife, Dominga Gonzales, as compensa- '', tion - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - €or their convey- ance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for right of way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 0.577 acres of land out of Lot 40, Block 3100 of the Legion Heights Subdivision in Kerr County and is designated as Parcel No. 19 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously 'approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Joe T. Gonzales and wife, Dominga Gonzales, the sum of $6,250.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel 19 as aforesaid; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and on final title approval a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $6,250.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund, payable to Joe T. Gonzales and wife, Dominga Gonzales, provided however that in the event there remain unpaid ad valorem taxes levied against the portion of Lot 40, Block 3100 of the Legion Heights Subdivision owned by Joe T. Gonzales, et ux, including 1978 ad valorem taxes, Kerr County reserves the rightto deduct the amount of such unpaid taxes and penalty and interest, if any, from the total compensation hereby offered and to pay the same to the taxing agencies concern- ed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ~' NO. 1350 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 15th day of September 1978, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of General, Officers Salary and Flood Damage Repair Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, Page 84 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
