SALLEE Commissioner Precinct No. 2 ROGER STONE Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13454 OFFER TO FRANK R. EFNER FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 On this the 27th day of September, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the 1~ t~f~~P F Court the matter of compensation to be paid Frank R. Efner as compensation for his conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for right of way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 3.852 acres of land out of Survey Pdo. 113, Samuel Wallace, and is designated as Parcel No. 22 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Frank R. Efner the sum of $4,275.00 as compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel 22 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of a right of way deed; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed, and on final title approval, a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $4,275.00 on the Loop 534 Right Of Way Fund, payable to Frank R. Efner, provided however that in the event there remain unpaid ad valorem taxes levied against the portion of Samuel Wallace Survey No. 113, owned by Frank R. Efner, including 1978 ad valorem taxes, Kerr County reserves the right to deduct the amount of such unpaid taxes and penalty and interest, if any, from the total com- pensation hereby offered and to pay the same to the taxing agencies concerned. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13455 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS TO OL4NERS OF ADVERTISING SIGNS ON PARCEL NO. 2 OF LOOP 534 RIGHT OF WAY On this the 27th day of September, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to~be paid the owners of two signs located on Parcel No. 2 of the Loop 534 right of way owned by Mrs. Bessie L. Hollimon; and it appearing to the Court that Texas Outdoor Advertising Co., Inc., and Leon and Dean Turner, the respective owners of the two signs concerned, have each agreed to accept the appraised values of the two respective signs, and to remove them from the right of way at their own expense, and have further executed quitclaim deeds in favor of the State of Texas as to the said Parcel No. 2; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay Texas Outdoor Advertising Co., Inc. the agreed compensation of $395.00, and also _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ - _ _ _ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - pay Leon and Dean Tur:ier the agreed compensation of $615.00 for their removal of the signs concerned and the execution of the quitclaim deeds to the State of Texas as aforesaid; and it is further ordered that vouchers be drawn on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund as follows to be delivered upon approval for recordation of their respective quitclaim deeds: 1. Voucher in amount of $3:95.00 payable to Texas Outdoor Advertising Co., Inc. 2.
