NO. 13466 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GUADALUPE RANCH ESTATES SECTION THREE
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Guadalupe Ranch Estates
Section Three, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road
easements dedicated for public use, and further, Kerr County does not assume responsibility
for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.

NO. 13467 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SCENIC LOOP ESTATES SECTION ONE
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Scenic Loop Estates Section
One, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by
Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads
are constructed to the specifications of the City of Kerrville.

NO. 13468 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF G & S SUBDIVISION
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of G & S Subdivision, com-
prising 1.09 acres in Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 13469 APPROVAL OF PLAT Or^ VALLE VISTA
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Valle Vista, subject to the
provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County, until
residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to
specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

NO. 13470 APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE AND ALTERNATE PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE
OF ELECTION PRECINCT NO. SIX
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that Mrs. H. Schumacher, Jr., be
appointed as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 6, to replace Prentice Jones,
who is unable to serve, due to illness; and that Mrs. 69. D. Lee be appointed as Alternate
Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 6.

NO. 13471 APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT NO. 8
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that Mrs. I:. 6V. Brown be appointed
as Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 8, to replace Francis W. Anderson, who
is unable to serve.

NO. 13472 APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT IQO. 10
On this the 9th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Robert Ernest Love, Jr., be
appointed as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 10, to replace Gwenita Brantley,
who is unable to serve.
