M. Road 689 which has not been reconstructed to modern traffic standards and which, in addition to carrying the normal traffic flow of F. M. 689, must also now serve one of the largest residen- tial development areas outside the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County does hereby recommend and request that State Loop 534 as heretofore designated and planned by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation be extended in a westerly direction from its presently planned southern termination along the existing route of F. M. Road 689 (State Highway 173) so as to intersect with State Highway 16 at the City Limits of the City of Kerrville; and, in furtherance of this request, Kerr County will agree to acquire the necessary right of way for the State of Texas in conformance with existing statutory procedures. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13474 ORDER GRANTING KERRVILLE LITTLE LEAGUE, INC.
