COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION OCTOBER 13th, 1978 at 12:15 o'clock P. M., with
the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
IQO. 13483 APPROVAL OF PAYMEIQT TO GOLD PAVING & AGGREGATE, INC. FOR PAVING IN KERR COUIdTY
PRECINCT I7O. 2
On this the 13th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Gold Paving & Aggregate,
Inc., for paving in Kerr County Precinct Tdo. 2, in the amount of $16896.50, for 662 c.y. rock
at 5.00 per c.y. - $3310.00 and 23,425 gal. ACS Asphalt ~ .58 per gallon - $13,586.50.
The Auditor and County Treasurer are authorized to draw vouchers on the funds listed, as
follows:
Lateral Road No. 2 Fund - $2670.13
Road & Bridge No. 2 Fund - $14226.37

NO. 13484 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR AMBULANCE SERVICE
On this the 13th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Amendment to Contract for
Ambulance Service, between the City of Kerrville, the County of Kerr and Anthony J. Smith
(DBA as Kerr Emergency Medical Service), increasing the rate of annual compensation by
$11,000.00, one-half to be paid by the County and one-half to be paid by the City of Kerrville,
effective October 1, 1973.

NO. 13435 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF EMMIE t1. MUEIdKER, COUNTY CLERK, TO RE-CONFIRM APPOINTMENT
OF DONNA L4ITT, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERIC TO DONNA HOSICEN, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 13th day of October 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the application of Emmie M. Tduenker,
County Clerk, be granted, to re-confirm the appointment of Donna SVitt to Donna Iiosken, Deputy
County Clerk (Name change due to marriage October 12, 1978), and that her deputation in the
name of Donna Hosken be effective the date of her qualification.
