Parker is duly licensed and authorized to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in all the Courts of the State of Texas; and it further appearing that the County Attorney is authorized and empowered under the terms and provisions of Art. 331, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, to make such an appointment with the consent of the Commissioners Court; it is hereby ordered upon motion of Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the that the Commissioners' Court/of I:err County grant its consent to the appointment of Scott S.
